1. The service

BabyWear shows you what your baby or toddler (0 to 3 years) can wear today: outdoors, at home and for sleep. The app combines the weather at your location with your child's age and warmth sensitivity and suggests suitable clothing, a sleep sack with a TOG rating and short tips. The recommendations are calculated automatically and are intended solely as guidance.

2. No medical advice

BabyWear does not replace medical advice. The app offers guidance when choosing clothes, but it is not a medical device and does not make diagnoses. Always check for yourself how your child is doing, for example at the back of the neck, and adjust the clothing accordingly. The weather data comes from Apple Weather and may differ from local conditions. For questions about your child's health or well-being, please contact your midwife or your pediatrician. To the extent permitted by law, Milena Marketing ltd. accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of the app. Liability for intent, gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

3. Premium, subscription and prices

BabyWear offers some of its features with Premium: as a monthly subscription with a free 3-day trial or as a one-time purchase. The purchase is made through your Apple account (App Store), where Apple's terms also apply. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. During the trial, you can cancel at any time free of charge. The one-time purchase is not a subscription and does not renew. You can restore previous purchases in the app. Prices may vary by country and currency; the price shown in the App Store is the one that applies.

4. Your account

To use BabyWear, you need an account, either with an email address or through Apple or Google. Keep your login credentials secret and notify us immediately if you suspect any misuse. You can delete your account and all data in the app at any time. This does not end an active subscription; please cancel it in your Apple account.

5. Fair use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, infringe the rights of third parties or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Changes to the service and these terms

We are continually developing BabyWear and may change, add or discontinue features. We will give timely notice of material changes to these terms; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria; for consumers, this is without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
